Question:
Few days back I was talking to friend of mine and he said that if the first Kalima is mentioned in the Holy Quran and if Prophet Muhammad pbuh have read this Kalima in full or just La ILLahaIllalah without adding Muhammad ur Rasoolallah? Please clear this and this friend of mine is Muslim but he does not believe that Prophet Muhammad pbuh have read the full Kalima.

I cannot understand the point of this question. The Prophet (peace be upon him) proclaimed to people in no uncertain terms that he is the messenger of Allah; it has also been reiterated in the Qur'an: Here is one such such verse:
"Say [O Muhammad]: "O mankind! Verily, I am an apostle of God to all of you, [sent by Him] unto whom the dominion over the heavens and the earth belongs! There is no deity save Him; He [alone] grants life and deals death!" Believe, then, in God and His Apostle-the unlettered Prophet who believes in God and His words-and follow him, so that you might find guidance!" (Qur'an: 7:158).
