If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the service and should not proceed to register. By using the Service you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement, including all modifications there after. Any amendments after today will be sent to you via e-mail and you will have right to accept or reject. Service: This is a free service (Only $50 donation to the Masjid) offered without specific obligations or duties. The Service is defined as matrimonial services to allow marriage minded individuals to find others with similar interests and background by posting their profile on our web site. Furthermore, the service will not allow direct contact with other members and upon mutual interest will use marriage council to bridge between both parties. Adult: You represent, warrant and covenant that you are at least 18 years of age. Right of Use: Your right ot use the Service is subject to any limitations, conditions and restrictions established by the Quran and the Prophet Muhamad (PBUH) Tradition and from time to time, in our sole discretion. We may alter, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time. We may also impose limits on certain features and aspects of the Service without prior notice or liability. Acceptable use Policy: You agree to use the Service in accordance with the following: a. You will keep all information provided to your throught the Service as private and confidential and will not give such information to anyone without the permission of the person who provided it to you; b. You will not use the Service to engage in any form of harassment or offensive behaviours, but not limited to the posting of communications, pictures, videos or audio recordings which contain libellous, slanderous, abusive or defamatory statements, or racist pornographic, obscene or offencive language or images; c. You will not use the Service to infringe the privacy rights, property rights, or any other rights of any person; Proprietary Rights in Content on this site: By posting Content to any public area of this site, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to us, non-exclusive, and licence to use, copy and display. Your confidential information will be protected at the same level as protecting our personal confidential information. Ethical Standards: Ethical Standards As per our promise to the users, the Quran observes strict ethical guide lines, we follow the ethical rules of Islam and the Canadian Law. Any member found using offensive words langauage or any other material thta does not fit our ethical standards will be banned from the site if found guilty for the same offence second time. Termination of Access to Service: We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your agreemenet, with or without notice, for any reason, including, without limiting the generality of hte foregoing, any fraudulent, abusive or otherwise illegal activity, or that may otherwise affect the enjoyment of the Service or the Internet by others may be grounds for termination of your access to all or part of the Service at our sole discretion, and you may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies. Responsibility You acknowledge that we are not responsible for suspension of the Service, regardless of the cause of the interruption of suspension. Any claim against us shall be limited to maximum of fees paid (Fifty $50) Canadian Dollars donation. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify us, our officers, directors, employees, affiliates and agents, from any loss or damages, including without limitation reasonable legal fees, which we may suffer from your activities on or use of the Service, including without limitation any breach by you of this Agreement or any charges or complaints made by other parties against you. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defence of any claim. We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you; provided, however, that you shall remain liable for any such claim. You acknowledge that use of the Service is at your own risk. We do not represent or endorse the accuracy of reliability of any member profile, advice, opinion, statement or other information displayed, uploaded. Your continued use of the Service now, or following the posting of notice of any changes in this Agreement, will constitute a binding acceptance by you of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications. Governing Law: This Agreement is entered into in Alberta, Canada. You agree that the laws of the Province of Alberta Canada will govern it and any disputes arising out of this Agreement will be subject to the courts of the Province of Alberta and the federal courts applicable within the Province. If any provision in this Agreement is invalid or unenforcable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. THE PARTIES SPECIFICALLY AGREE THAT THE PERFORMANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT, IN ALL ITS ASPECTS, DOES NOT TAKE PLACE OUTSIDE OF JURISDICTION OF THE PROVINCE OF ALBERTA, CANADA.
